Process description

○ The viscosity of the paint solution is not lower than 150 Seconds (paint-4 Cups). When spraying, the viscosity should be higher than 50 seconds.

○ It is recommended to use a nozzle-to-nozzle spray gun with a caliber not less than1.5mm. The other spray guns should be adjusted to the position where the paint output is the largest, and the paint film should be sprayed as thick as possible, so as not to hang.

○ It is best to form the coating in two layers. In the first pass, you can spray a thin layer to cover the bottom; the second pass is applied after 10 min of the first pass. The spraying viscosity should be as high as possible to reduce the leveling time of the paint film with the use of fast-drying solvents or thixotropic agents.

○ If the ideal pattern effect cannot be obtained in actual production, following four points can be considered: (a) Selection of resin; (b) Spraying process; (c) Paint viscosity and Solid content; (d) Spray gun caliber and paint output
