Radiation curing leveling agent WSS-316
WSS-316 is a silicone surface additive, used in solvent-free, radiation curing, solvent-based coating systems, adhesives and printing inks, greatly reducing surface tension. ○ It has low surface tension, which increases the slip and substrate wetting. ○ Compatible with acrylic resin, alkyd resin, amide, epoxy resin, nitrocellulose, phenolic resin, polyester resin and vinyl system
Application

WSS-316 is mainly used in solvent-based and solvent-free two-component polyurethane systems, UV Cured coating, polyester/Melamine baking coating system and a series of water-based systems. The high compatibility allows the additive to be used to produce high-transparency varnishes without causing turbidity.

○ WSS-316 is very suitable for wood and furniture coatings, can coatings; also suitable for coil coatings and leather finishing agents.

In the form of supply to the total formula: 0.05-1%.

The above recommended dosage is for reference, and the optimal dosage needs to be determined through a series of experiments.

○ WSS-316 is especially recommended for varnishes, flexo printing inks, offset printing inks and screen inks. It can improve the peelability of the tape in the varnish.

It is also suitable for printing inks for high-speed printing machines.

In the form of supply to the total formula : 0.05-2%

The above recommended dosage is for reference, and the optimal dosage needs to be determined through a series of experiments.
